Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
Students’ progress is reported on monthly using quantitative and qualitative tools e.g. attendance registers, assignments, assessments, a portfolio of evidence, personal growth tools and practical work.
A project manager is responsible for the monitoring of the programme and reports to the LIMA executive committee with regards to strategic elements of the programme, quality of the interventions and their impact, as well as financial management.
The SA Creative Industries Incubator’s Training Manager oversees the qualifications monitoring with regards to the Seta accredited processes and the University of Pretoria’s (UP) requirements. External assessors and moderators are used to assess student work throughout the course according to Seta and UP prescripts.
The Leaders in Motion Academy (LiMA) is one of South Africa’s first digital creative skills academies and production hubs. Our mission is to normalise access to digital creative (technical) and business skills for township-based creative entrepreneurs and to connect them to markets in Africa and beyond.
